Shipping: We strive to have all orders completed and shipped within 48 hours. However, sometimes some unforeseen circumstances will delay this a little bit. If there is going to be any delays in packaging and shipping orders we will be sure to reach out through social media to let everyone know of our delay times.

To ensure you receive your package please ensure you have it delivered to a location where you can personally receive it. Please make sure your address and phone number are entered correctly as this may delay the time it takes to get your package sent out. We will not be able to make any changes to addresses once packages have been received by canada post. Once canada post has received packages any changes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

In your email, please explain to us why you are requesting a refund and if possible, attach a picture to show us the problem. As long as you fit in the rules below, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible.

  1. All request for refunds must be made by email WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. Since we track all shipped items, we know when the item arrives.
    DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL US! – When you submit your email for a refund, we will write back to you within the next 48 hours. We will not proceed with anything over the phone, all communication must be done over emails for tracking to avoid confusion.
  2. Adhesives/Glues that are opened or used (even just once) cannot be returned unless: they are defective like clumpy, hard, etc… or the container is broken upon arrival.
    If one of the situations happens to you, we will guarantee our product.
    Beacuse of the nature of our adhesives, we cannot take returns on the product if it has been opened, and really this is the only downfall to our money-back guarantee program. We love our customers and know that many of you are always are true, but there’s always the bad apple that tries to abuse the system so must apply some rules. Built trust and become a returning customer, we would then take any returns from you without question.
  3. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  4. We will not be able to refund charges from unused coupons. Sorry for any inconvenience.
